How to order?

You can order via Website and Instagram DM. For placing your order through Instagram you can DM us at Mashita.in

What is your return/exchange/Cancellation policy?

As a small business, we do not have the bandwidth to incur losses because of returns and cancellations. Hence, We DO NOT have a RETURN & CANCELLATION policy. However, if you face any sizing or fit issues, you can contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange an exchange pickup for you.

In order to be eligible for an exchange the item must be unworn, unused, with tags & in its original packaging.

You can contact us via DM and we will take it forward from there.

Can we order different sizes for top and bottoms?

Yes, you can order different sizes for top and bottoms.

How do I choose my correct size?

You can refer to our size chart to choose your size. If you need any further assistance you can DM us on Instagram.

What are the payment options?

For now we accept online payments: Netbanking, Gpay, UPI, Paytm. 

Is there a refund policy?

No, we do not have refund policy as a small business. In exceptional cases we do provide store credit that you can use for your future purchases.

What is the delivery time?

It depends on your location. Generally it takes 4 -10 working days. In exceptional cases we do provide express delivery. If you want express delivery you can DM us on Instagram along with your order ID and we will make sure it reaches you on time. Please keep in mind that you will have to bear the charges for express delivery.
