Returns & Exchanges
- As a small business, we do not have the bandwidth to incur losses because of returns and cancellations. Hence, we DO NOT have a RETURN & CANCELLATION policy. However, if you face any sizing or fit issues, you can contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange an exchange pickup for you.
-In order to be eligible for an exchange the item must be unworn, unused, with tags & in its original packaging.
-The first exchange on a particular order is free . However, an additional fee of ₹150 is charged if the order is exchanged more than once.
- If you are exchanging your product with a higher value product, the excess amount can be paid through UPI, our team will get in touch for the same.
- If you are exchanging your product with a lesser value product, the balance amount will be refunded to you as store credit which you can use for your future purchases.
- In case any wrong product is received at the time of exchange, an additional fee of ₹150 is charged from the customer for shipping back the wrong product.

Damages and issues ( Exception )
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, within 24 hours with a video proof, so that we can rectify the issue immediately.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Exchanges on Clearance sale items. Only size exchange is available during other sales. If anybody wants to exchange the product during sale, they have to bear an EXTRA Rs 200 of logistic cost.

Refunds
No, we do not have a refund policy as a small business. In exceptional cases we do provide store credit that you can use for your future purchases.
